If you are looking for a solid T-Mobile-based Note 5 or S6 Edge+ custom Marshmallow ROM, definitely check out the Darkstalker ROM, which also can be installed on any Note 5/S6 Edge+ (except AT&T and Verizon).
Based on T-Mobile Note 5 Android 6.0.1 firmware, Darkstalker ROM brings you a ton of options during its AROMA graphical installation, allowing you to choose multiple cameras, launchers, and even de-bloat by not installing any Samsung/Google/T-Mobile apps you don’t want.
For WiFi calling on T-Mobile, you will have full WiFi calling even on non-T-Mobile devices with a T-Mobile SIM card. This is nice for those of you who travel abroad and want to keep using WiFi calling on non-T-Mobile device.
Of course, Darkstalker ROM brings an endless number of features including working private mode, multi-user support, Samsung Gear VR support, unlocked native tether, call recording, rounded recent apps, loud sound mod for spekaers, multi-window enabled for all apps, floating messages, and much much more.
Performance is decent, I scored around 75,000 on Antutu with Android 6.0.1 on my T-Mobile Note 5. Certainly not the best I’ve seen but you shouldn’t have much problems running any of your apps. Battery life is excellent and you should be able to get slightly more than stock.
Overall, Darkstalker ROM is a great multi-carrier ROM for your Note 5 and S6 Edge+ with lots of cool features so give it a test drive this week(end) and do let me know what you think!
